ABOUT The Program

Vineyard Wind is pleased to host the ExplORE Program, offering two-year temporary, paid mentorship positions for recent graduates looking to start careers in the offshore wind industry. The program consists of 24 months of training across 4 different teams building Vineyard Wind 1, the nation’s first utility-scale offshore wind project.

Mentees will be offered a combination of experiential learning coupled with professional development trainings and networking opportunities to provide a unique experience in offshore wind energy project construction. Candidates will be based either at Vineyard Wind’s headquarters in New Bedford, Massachusetts or in our offices in Boston’s Back Bay.
