MICHAEL CLAYTON

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the siting, impact assessment, and permitting of energy facilities, including 10 years of experience in the wind industry. Michael has been involved with Vineyard Wind since 2017, including serving as Permitting & Compliance Manager since late 2018. As Project Manager for Vineyard Wind 1, Michael’s primary responsibilities include: leading project coordination and implementation efforts related to permitting and environmental matters including federal, state, and local permitting efforts; leading coordination with the technical team related to Vineyard Wind permitting, environmental, and compliance matters; and managing/tracking permitting and environmental budgets and schedules.
