NICOLETTE COLLARD-ANDRADE

Nickie Collard-Andrade, Workforce and Local Content Coordinator, helps connect the local community with training and employment opportunities.

Prior to Vineyard Wind, Nickie has served as the Director of Workforce and Community Education at Bristol Community College (BCC). During her tenure at BCC, she worked to improve student outcomes by increasing support for staff, students and programs. Her department allowed educators to provide real-world skills, leading to gainful employment for graduates. She also built relationships with the local workforce and economic development agencies to reach out to underrepresented communities.

Nickie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and American Studies from The University of Massachusetts Boston, and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Eastern Nazarene College. She is also a 2015 graduate of the SouthCoast Leadership program.

A native of Fall River, she currently resides in Fairhaven, Massachusetts with her husband.
